    Before ever looking at an investment opportunity, knowing the team behind each asset is the key to deal success. Each sponsor group is thoroughly vetted and trusted to execute the investment.

  • Property Analysis

    Once the team is approved that’s when the actual property’s information comes into play. Here, property criteria and the feasibility of the business plan are checked. If everything is met and accurate, the asset can move forward to investment.

    The team and deal have both been assessed, a partnership has been made, and now you will be given the opportunity to be included. The Vault will house all the information you need to decide if this is the right investment to add to your portfolio.
